OUR RESULTS

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Here's what's actually changed for the organisations we've worked with, in their words, not ours.

These results were delivered by Watene and Erin through Amend Movement, the founders' original organisation, using the same audit led, hands on approach that now shapes how KHM Partners works with businesses.

Case study 01

Esuarve, Ormeau, Gold Coast

Esuarve is a not-for-profit youth mentoring organisation based in Ormeau, supporting disengaged and at-risk young people aged 16–24 through mentoring, training, and employment pathways. We worked with Esuarve's management and staff over an 18 month period.

According to Joe North, CEO of Esuarve, he has become far more understanding of himself and of his workers, better equipped to understand what's actually going on for them day to day. That shift has changed how he communicates with his team, and the workplace itself has become noticeably calmer as a result. That calm has flowed through to the participants in Esuarve's program too, reinforcing the change further.

This work changed how I lead. I understand my team now, not just what they do, but why, and that's changed everything about how we work together.

Joe North, CEO, Esuarve

Case study 02

Samson Primary School, Western Australia

We worked across the whole school community, staff, parents, and students.

According to Cameron Adams, Principal of Samson Primary School, the school moved from a place that felt like chaos to an environment where students could genuinely learn again. The results have continued to grow well after our involvement ended, a sign the change was structural, not a short-lived bump.

Our school went from chaos to a place where kids can actually learn. And it didn't fade once the program ended, it kept building.

Case study 03

Tribal Warrior, Sydney

Tribal Warrior is a large Aboriginal-led organisation based in Redfern, Sydney, running Sydney Harbour cultural cruises alongside community programs, supporting 300 to 500 people in community each year, with support workers and facilitators running parenting programs, justice reintegration support, and employment programs. We worked with all staff members across the whole company, and then specifically with Georgia's team for an extended period of time. Her team facilitates parenting programs and reintegration from the justice system into community for people coming out of prisons or the justice system.

According to Georgia Phillips, Team Leader, her team is now far more skilled and aware of their own shortcomings and strengths. That self awareness now shapes how they facilitate support for the people they work with, leading to longer term, more positive outcomes.

My team sees themselves clearly now, strengths and blind spots both. That's changed how we show up for the people we support, and it shows in the outcomes.
